There’s an important distinction between using AI because you cannot afford to hire a team, and replacing humans with AI when you already have access to capital, payroll, and institutional power.
For under-resourced builders, AI can be access: a way to create without waiting for permission, funding, credentials, or a full team.
For funded CEOs, “I fired my team and replaced them with AI” lands very differently — especially in a country where employment is still tied to healthcare, housing stability, immigration status, dignity, and basic survival.
AI as access is not the same as AI as dispossession.
I’m pro-AI. I’m anti-disposability.
The article I want to read is not “I fired my team and replaced them with AI.”
It’s: “My AI agents created so much surplus that I used it to give the humans I displaced long-term security, healthcare, and upside.”
Who is the best in this area of expertise and why?
Why and what is special about their approach?
Then I would dig deeper on selected experts to extract their unique approach.
After I would combine best and most appropriate traits to create a "persona".
However, I went even further and my "personas" living as a "constructs" that I can call in from any chat within ChatGPT. It is like CustomGPT, however, they are activated by Name and chatGPT can recall in within any chat.
Love it and so pleased to see I am not alone!
I always thought traditional and wide spread ideas to nominate a role in the prompt as “accountant or lawyer” is too broad and shallow.
Who is that accountant? Who is that lawyer who has perspective, vision and expertise.
Tell me what you do. What is your technique?
Plan to test this out. Right now we could use a CTO advisor. I’m gonna set one up
Do it!! Pls report back how it goes.
Amazing workflow. Built my own board of directors in Claude with these prompts.
Love it!!
Who's on your board?
Pls report back re: how it's going.
